Federal University Otuoke REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR NEW STUDENTS

- Check Admission list online via www.fuotuoke.edu.ng or http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng using JAMB registration.
- Click on your JAMB registration number to view and print your admission status.
- Click on “Click to Continue” to proceed to pay your acceptance fee by clicking on PAY ONLINE via DEBIT card option or PAT AT Bank option.
- Signup on the university portal http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng, using your JAMB registration number to access to your login parameters (username and password).
- Login to the university portal (with your username and password) to update your biodata details.
- Click on “Click to Continue” to proceed to access your admission forms, carry out course registration and upload your admission forms.
- Proceed to the Bursary with your acceptance fee acknowledgement to collect a receipt.
- Proceed to Admissions Office for physical clearance.
- Sign in on the University Portal to pay your School fees and accommodation fee (optional) using DEBIT Card or by “booking” to pay at the Bank.
- Proceed to the Bursary with your School fee acknowledgement to collect School fee receipt.
- Proceed to the university Health Centre for medical examination and obtain a student’s medical clearance.
- Proceed to the various faculties for clearance/registration with five [5] copies of the following documents:
i.
JAMB Admission Letter (Original for Institution
Use Only).
ii.
Federal University Otuoke Provisional Admission
Letter.
iii.
Acceptance form of FUO Admission properly filled
and signed (Original copy).
iv.
JAMB result slip showing the Candidate’s photograph.
v.
SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB certificates.
vi.
Birth certificate or statutory Age Declaration.
vii.
Local Government Area identification letter.
viii.
Printed and signed copy of guarantor’s form from
two individuals (A Top Civil Servant, Clergy or Lawyer). (Original Copy).
ix.
Printed and signed copy of Statutory Declaration
Form from a Court [Original Copy].
x.
Acceptance/School fee receipts.
xi.
Twelve [12] passport photographs.
13. 13. Proceed to the ICT Centre for collection of ID
Card and the university email details
