Day Old Baby Thrown Into Public Toilet Found Alive (PHOTOS)

The baby in the picture who was still having the umbilical cord was thrown into a public toilet reportedly by the mother after having carried him for 9 months.

This picture was actually circulated on Facebook without much information. The baby was discovered and washed up.... See photo of where he was washed after this cut...
